Hello all. Need your help.&nbsp\\;My inner primary bearing fell apart at less than 5K miles on my 06 FXD35 which is out of warranty. The dealer replaced it with a "High Torque Bearing", P/N 1110-0018.The OEM bearing (at least the inner race) was P/N 34091-06. $300 later....&nbsp\\;
H-D Customer Service says they would have 'helped me out" if I had installed an OEM part. Need to find an angle to dispute that.&nbsp\\;My H-D service advisor said that they would have replaced the bearing with the same P/N (34091-06) that was originally installed.&nbsp\\;Can any of you confirm that? If so, the basis of my argument will be that I do not want another defective bearing installed and at the least they should reimburse me for the labor (about $260).&nbsp\\;

Actually, i don't know who makes that bearing.&nbsp\\; The H-D service advisor told me they typically use it in built motors, but that's about all I know.
