For those of you that are retired, what's your response when someone asks you.... What are doing these days?

Here's my response:
I'm enjoying my wife, playing with my grandkids and riding my Harley.

I tell them every day is Saturday. Days filled working in the yard planting diging, six months in Florida by the ocean with my wife and puppy. Grandsons Little League games . Summer days at&nbsp\\;Castle&nbsp\\;Island ( Fort&nbsp\\;Independence ) Newport and Maine. Life is good,&nbsp\\;

I tell them, I do anything that I feel like doing. Wake up when I feel&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;like it.

before I retired I ask everybody that I knew what they did and I got the same answer's
you all are giving now.. I still don't have an answer as to what you do when retired yes I can ride anytime I want and do, aside from that I am still at aloss as what to do..
money is limited and thus I am limited as to trips and such.. working in the yard has never been at the top of my list working on the bike not much to do did take the rear tire and get it changed the other day and replaced the rear pads also but would rather ride than work on it..
so what do you really DO ????

I was retired for about 6 months.&nbsp\\; Finally had enough of just doing something to do something.
Currently I'm working on becoming an MSF Instructor, riding is my passion, I have years of riding experience, so why not pass that on to the next generation of riders who's Dad's didn't ride?&nbsp\\; That became a big YES !!!!!!!!!!!!
&nbsp\\;
My wife is a volunteer with MADD.&nbsp\\; It keeps her busy and she enjoys what she does.
&nbsp\\;
I think that is the trick to being retired.&nbsp\\; Doing what you have a passion for.

In a few years, when I can retire, I'll&nbsp\\; make sure and let you know.

I tell them I ride my bike to go see my Mom, brothers and sisters. Oh yeah, they live 250 miles away. I went two weeks ago, Im going for the fourth of July and the weekend after too. Then I tell them that in the middle of all this I have an HDF Rally that Im putting on for the 3rd year in a row. I like being retired. I am going to find a part time job after the fourth though. Gotta pay for the gas for all these rides.

When I retire, I'm gonna turn my part time moonshining operation into a full time buisness.&nbsp\\; BadBob's Bait, Tackle&nbsp\\;and Corn-Squeezings.
