Default V&H Shortshot Staggered for an '08 1200N

Just trying to see if anyone's set-up their '07 or '08 1200 Sporty with the Vance and Hines Shortshot Staggered pipes.
I'm considering the black version with the Fuelpak set-up they recommend. I want standard baffles, and i want to use the stock air filter/air box... if that's even possible

I've never done anything even remotely close to this, so if anyone can be of assistance, that would be great.
Thanks

-Paulo

IMO the V/Hines short shots are close to the worst power robbing exhaust on the market. They look good, sound good but they do not make good power. jmo&nbsp\\; dsv

Have to disagree. I installed the V&amp\\;H shorties, fuel-pak and the screamin eagle A/C on my wifes 08 883L, and it really woke it up. She and I both can notice a difference in the throttle. Sounds REALLY good and is fun to ride. It's never been dyno'd so I don't have any numbers, but it sure feels good!
