SE II Slip-On Compatibility Question

I purchased a set of Harley Screamin' Eagle II Slip-on Mufflers Part #80344-00
The guy I bought them from said they would fit my 08 Nightrain, but the more I researched the pipes, these are designed for the shotgun style exhaust and I have the shorty dual style.&nbsp\\; Would these still fit on my bike or do I have to make mods?
