Default Bolt in dash broken

not sure if this is where this goes but here is some background and then my question...
&nbsp\\;
I had some issues with the ignition on my 94 heritage last week, turns out I didnt properly lube the switch when I replaced the housing.&nbsp\\; While doing that I lost one of the small screws that connect the wires to the ignition, and just incase anyone ever does that the mounting screws for a hard drive in a computer were the same size and worked perfectly.&nbsp\\; Any way above the speedo if you were looking from the top is a bolt that screws into the frame right near where the neck joins the backbone(?).&nbsp\\; That bolt has rusted and is broken, so I need to drill &amp\\; tap the bolt hole.&nbsp\\; So here is my question, I cant seem to see how you pull the&nbsp\\;dash and am&nbsp\\;really hoping the&nbsp\\;answer isnt pull the&nbsp\\;gas tanks off, as that looks like&nbsp\\;a bit of a PitA....
&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
If any of this didnt make sense I will try to either explain or get some pictures.&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
Thanks for any replies.
