Default Shovel Dies when I accellerate then comes back when i slow down

My 1980 FXE superglide&nbsp\\;shovel Idles great, on the Dyno it is strong through all gears.&nbsp\\; When I am on the road and try to accellerate the entire bike just shuts down.&nbsp\\; As I slow down almost to a stop the engine comes back with good throttle until I try to gun it again.&nbsp\\; Here is what the shop has already done and $1300 later I am still having the problems.&nbsp\\; Replaced Intake Gaskets, jets, complete carb tune up, replaced exhaust gaskets, oil pump and replaced the gas caps thinking they were not venting correctly.&nbsp\\; I do not want to take it back to this shop, but need some ideas on where to start now.

stock carb or super E?
does it die while on the dyno? where you there to see it run on the dyno?
possible resritcked fuel line,filter,petcock

Take a look at your ignition advance weights and springs, they've been known to stick once they've been advanced.

Super E, It doesnt do it on the Dyno and I saw him go though each gear, it also has 4 plugs.&nbsp\\; When it was painted (before I purchased it in January) and they did not primar and i can see where paint has bubbled and fallen in.&nbsp\\; It just confuses me why it wouldnt be affected on the Dyno.&nbsp\\; Thanks

check under your dash and see if you have a vent hose on the gas tank that may have fallen off or has a hole in it. It's not a bad idea to replace all the rubber hoses on a bike that old anyway. Check for&nbsp\\;a loose ground wire too. Does it do it all the time or just after it gets warm? If the later, heat up the coil with a hair dryer and see if that makes it run crappy, then do the same on the nose cone.
