The shifter spring on my 99 Springer needs replaced.It is the upper spring on the shifter pawl.&nbsp\\;How do you replace&nbsp\\;this spring? I removed the the old one&nbsp\\;by just prying it off. Does the pawl assy. come apart? Thanks for any info&nbsp\\;

My best advice is get a service manual.
