So I am going to do a nice uneventful oil change on my bike.
 \\;
Or so I thought.
 \\;
Friggin Oil Filler plug will not come out. And this is the one I paid 140 frivilous dollars for too![:@]
 \\;
So I go to pull it out.
 \\;
Won't budge.
 \\;
I pull on it more, while wiggling it back and forth (a la \\;common sense).
 \\;
Friggin about pulled the bike off the rack.
Still won't budge.
 \\;
Luckily I pulled the chrome cover completely \\;off I was pulling so hard on it.
 \\;
Still stuck, except it looks like some plastic taiwanese electric toy is staring at me and laughing now.
 \\;
after tugging on this POS for a few more drops of sweat I \\;concede to the Vice-grips.
 \\;
100lbs of pressure later, the plug comes out.
 \\;
except not all of it. there are still two thin little cylinder scarring pieces dangling in the hole. Glory be. \\;how \\;nice ...
 \\;
So I get 2, yes 2 \\;needlenose pliers and with surgeonlike precision I simultaneously pull the \\;two remaining pieces out of the hole
 \\;
Supposed to be a nice uneventful 2 beer oil change, but no. Friggin Chinese Harley Parts did it again.
 \\;
Phak that thing. I am using the good \\;old stocker now.
 \\;
Where is my beer. \\; \\;

I was thinkin' the same thing as I was reading. \\; Only I was hoping that there would be a "then dubmass me realized it didn't just pull out. \\; It unscrews" line at the end of the story.
Hey dum azz, try turning it counter clockwise. I guess you are not the one that put it in. Don't blame the dipstick, dipstick.
 \\;
I think you should maybe let someone else do your service. [8D]
It is a friggin oil change guys.
 \\;
On this model (most FLs I imagine) the dipstick pulls straight out. Why would it be different on a digital one? That wouldn't make any good sense, now would it? Explain me that, oh wise-crackers?
Of course, we are talking MoCo wisdom here, so anything goes.
 \\;
There are no threads inside the filler hole - thus no amount of turning counter-clockwise or otherwise should make much of a difference,not that it wasn't tried numerous times \\;before the heavy equipment came out ...
