Default checking spokes

does anyone ever check each and every spoke with a wench and tighten them if they turn and how often do you check them.&nbsp\\; I just checked mine with 2600 miles on it and I could turn quite afew of them up to a half a turn.

Default RE: checking spokes

You only tighten them if they are loose....
&nbsp\\;
You determine loose by the sound that they make.....
&nbsp\\;
Dull ting is loose, sharp ping is tight/right....
&nbsp\\;
Please refer to the service manual for this procedure, because if you tighten too many in one specific area, or overtighten 1, you have to ensure that the opposite spoke has the same tension...
&nbsp\\;
Improper tensioning of spokes will rack a wheel as quick as a curb hit or pothole....
