Default Metal Filings, Jumping into Neutral, now Overheating Tranny

2002 RKC w/Baker DD6 trans. Filings on speed sensor every 40/50 miles (used to happen now and then)&nbsp\\;jacking with speedo and overall performance. Now when I downshift she pops into neutral about 1 in 10 times.&nbsp\\;Then the last two times I ran her the tranny (I believe) bubbled over (never leaked a drop prior). Are the filings so bad that they are clogging the trans causing the overheating? Is the trans breaking down somehow? Called Baker transmissions the guy said there were certain problems with certain years (wouldn't get specific).

Did you drain the oil to see whet comes out? Sounds like something is coming apart inside for sure.
