I have made many sets and as far as HD ,just go to a dealer and buy a large bar and shield and put on the board after you paint it. I don't think some people know this is a game something like horse shoes. Our gang of friends love to play it and the girls like to because they can toss the bags \\; instead of horse shoes being to heavy for them. We play every get together for money and use the process of ilimanation.
My wife found an H-D cornhole set in Cincinnati and bought it. She is a Cincinnati girl and all her friends up there play it. We were at a festival in Crossville this past Spring. They had Cornhole there but changed the name to something like bag-toss.

Cornhole is simply the tailgater's version of horseshoes. Since you cant nail down spikes in a parking lot, they created something you could set up really quick and start playing. Rules are pretty simple, and it can be played as a team sport.
