Hot Springs Arkansas Ride

Left Friday morning with some friends and rode from SE Ok to Antlers. Took 271 to Talihena where we took the Talimena Drive over to Mena Ark. From Mena we rode 88, 271 to Hot Springs. Stayed at the Stage Coach Inn. That night we hung out at a Bar downtown called Old No. 1 or somthing like that. They had a live band that was very good. We finished the night off at Longshots till about 1:30, great time. For you boys from Arkansas, I will be back often! Beautiful country and some of the best ridin I have ever done. Your twisties are non stop in that part of the state.

Hot Springs is a great riding destination. Did you ride Tower Road? What about Scenic 7?

I'll be up in Eureka Springs in about a week.&nbsp\\; Really looking forward to it.&nbsp\\; It'll be a lot different than the flat riding here in Florida.

was down there about a month ago. I loved the telemena drive, I just plain love riding in AR. Heading down to the pig trail this weekend.

The scenic route from Hot Springs to Eureka Springs is really nice.&nbsp\\;Just don't drive it in an ice storm like I did.

Which brings up&nbsp\\;a question for you natives. WTF is up with either no guard rails, or some just high enough to launch you airborne?????&nbsp\\;I'm still digging seat fragments out of my butt after that trip!
