Digital Tech ECM Calibrations for 06 Dyna Intl Models required

I have \\;this download \\;1450 Stage I Race 34385-06 25 SE A/C &\\; SE Pro Performance Exhaust.
But I am not sure if it is for domestic models or intl models or both. Becasue my 06 hdi dyna has no o2 sensors unlike U.S. models. After the d/l dtc came up o2 sensors open error code.It is very strange becasue there aren't o2 sensors on my bike.

Ive sent several posts. Everytime some kind guys helped me out but I could not got the answer completely. Still ride the bike with the orange lights on.
