Default Ride in rain leads to running issue

Friday afternoon I was caught in a rain storm, the front cylinder was hit and miss but the rear was fine.&nbsp\\; I got it home and pulled the plugs and they seemed to be ok but cleaned them any way then the bike ran fine.&nbsp\\; Any ideas what the issue could be?&nbsp\\; Is it fron the front cylinder cooling real fast from the rain? Has any one else had this problem?
&nbsp\\;
Thanks

Yea, they'll cool off pretty quick, sometimes to the point of needing to be choked a little - like you just started it and ran only 2-3 miles. But don't, cause it'll load up&nbsp\\;the rear. If the coil is dirty, the wires are leaking a little or the porcelain on a plug is dirty it can cause the fire to jump and run rough. Older plug wires can leak the spark too, when wet easier than dry. Have to remember these electronic ignitions are really HOT and if there is anyway for the spark to escape - it will! &nbsp\\;

I'm thinking plug wires leaking when wet. Like BD5 says but use a spray bottle of water on the wires while its running. If that is the problem it will show up then.
