I don't know of anyway to verify that your bike is 'tuned perfectly' unless someone that knows what they are doing performs a good dyno tune.
 \\;
You can get it tuned very well by tooking up some gauges and having the A/F mixture optimized throughout the operating range, but even that won't take the place of a dyno tune when it comes to fine tuning \\;a specific bike.
 \\;
My EFI Softail FatBoy has intake and exhaust modifications, and it also has a Screamin' Eagle Race Tuner installed. \\;
 \\;
When the SERT was installed a new 'factory program' was downloaded, which was suppost to provide the best performance results for the combination I was running.
 \\;
The bike ran like a champ, no problems at all, but when I had someone that knew what they were doing put it on a dyno and fine tune everything we ended up gaining an additional 8 horsepower.
