Default 2008 sportster custom exhaust

help! i just bought a 2008 sportster 883 custom the exhaust is way to quite,how can i modify the stock exhaust?can i drill a hole in the center of the baffles?

If you search the word "slipons" you will find numerous answers and advise on replacing the stock mufflers with ones more 'thoaty" and Harley sounding &nbsp\\; - My suggestion would be to buy a set of RUSH Slipons with a 2" Baffle
It's what I did and the cost was good and installation not to hard and the difference in sound AWESOME

I went with cycle shack slip ons for my 08 nighty and am very happy with the sound.&nbsp\\; The cost was only 125 off of ebay and the install was easy took about 30-45 mins.

I was told by my dealer I had to do a computer download or it would void my warranty. They want me to do slip one air cleaner and download. Is this true. I have a 2008 883 custom.
