Default Clutch Rattle

I'm new to HD but old to motorcycles so forgive me if this is a dumb question.

I have a very low mileage '07 Sporty. If I am sitting at a stoplight in neutral with my hand not on the clutch lever, sometimes I hear a slight rattling sound coming from the clutch area. If I pull the clutch in, the noise goes away. Is this just the spring rattling against the clutch cover, or something else? Otherwise, the clutch works fine - engages no problem, doesn't slip.

sportsters make more noise than metric bikes. Sometimes you think its gonna rattle apart, if your not use to sportsters. If all is working well and there are no signs of something out of the ordinary, its just the normal&nbsp\\;sportster clatter. Sometimes im amazed when i look down at the engine while stopped at a light and its jumping every which way. But thats a harley for you.

Sometimes the fear of not making it back home is part of the adventure that only a harley can give.
