I have an 02 Fatboy, I just bought 18" apes for it, I was wondering wheres the best place to buy all the cables I need to put these bars on. Also, does anyone know what length of cables I need to buy to put these on? I have a stock riser with no rise.

Bought all of mine (magnum shielding chromite II) through Dennis Kirk. They had everything in stock as opposed to J&amp\\;P. I went with +6 on everything &nbsp\\;but my apes are 16s instead
