Default Newbie Question about EFI/Trans

If a bike has fuel injection, and it is put in first gear, will it stall if the clutch is released and no throttle is given, or will it start to creep forward.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
I know with a carbeurator it will just stall out, but I am unsure with EFI.&nbsp\\; I am referring to a 2008 Sportster 883C, and am unsure what&nbsp\\;type of fuel injection system it currently uses.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
Thanks for your help,
Chris

I've never tried it, but I think it would go... of course that would depend on how lightly you release the clutch.&nbsp\\; If you just pop it, I think it would probably stall.&nbsp\\; If it is feathered, It think it would go, but then you would be "lugging" the engine.

Carb and EFI are basically the same thing, a fuel delivery system. Let a clutch out at idle and the engine will stop. Curious as to the reason you have asked this question...
