Yeah, mine started doin the same thing a few months ago, I've got the same mods you do minus the shaved heads but it's been stroked. What kind of gaskets did you put in, I was talkin to a friend of mine and he suggest that I look into some high performance gaskets. Mine is a '92, so all the oil lines are startin to rot as well, guess I'll be pullin the motor to get'er powdercoated while I'm playin with it. F*ck it[8D]

Just a thought....have you looked Into breathers and the oil pump?....on a different bike I had an oil pump failure,to much oil In the crankcase...when the pistons are going down they compress the extra oil out of any weakness In seals and gaskets.

&nbsp\\;It partially depends on what you call a rebuild and the leaking can be cause by improper engine cleaning and prep work.
&nbsp\\;I have seen all kinds of leaking problems related to not cleaning things properly and if you have excess crankcase pressure that can be related to rings not being installed properly or piston to wall clearance being to large.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;All I can say is tear it back down and figure out what you did wrong.
&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&n bsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbs p\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Been there done that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;
