Default Handlebar Help

I really want new bars, but the more I think about it the more little things I see posing a problem and I am hoping you guys can help.
I want the 1" pullback Drag Bars part number 500-233 from JP Cycles. They are 27.5" wide, 6" pullback chrome plated T-bars. The particular ones I picked have 4" rise, my question is to put these bars on my 2005 Sportster 883 with stock bars and controls do I need to change my brake line, clutch cable, or Throttle cables? What happens to the dummy lights and the speedo would seem a shame to slap that ugly black dummy light plate and speedo on those bars yet I'm pretty sure I need them. So what do you think, any of you bought these bars for the same bike as mine and can tell me this info?

forget about the stock speedo and lights. check out dakota digital, you can tack&nbsp\\;em onto the bars before they are chromed or you can get clamps to put em on afterwards. looks good.
