Default Boss bags vs. Leather pros saddlebags

Ok, I am ready to get some saddlebags for the wideglide and have narrowed it to boss bags and leather pros.&nbsp\\; I know that the owners of both companies are brothers and that the bags are basically the same except for the mounting system.&nbsp\\; I have seen the boss bag mounting system in person but have not seen the leather pro system.&nbsp\\; Have talked to both company owners but can't make up my mind.&nbsp\\; If anyone has an opinion I would like to hear it.&nbsp\\; Am leaning towards the leather pros but am a little concerned with the cam levers that are used to lock the bags to the bike they look like they stick out a little.&nbsp\\; Any opinions or pics would be appreciated.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;Thanks.

pwer pla ...
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;&nbsp \\;\\\\\\; I recently purchased a set of LeatherPros and I've been really impressed with them. The construction of the bags is top-notch and the installation was simple .... 4&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;strut&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;bolts.&nbsp\\; \\\\\\;These bags are plenty big enough to carry some stuff as well. The levers on the&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;inside were&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;heavier guage than I thought they would be, but they really dont take away from the storage space .... and when locked down they are rigid with no rattle.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;I suspect the Boss bags mount a tad tighter to the bike with the shock-mounted roller bearing, but I dont find the LeatherPro's&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;to look too far off the strut. I'll post some pics shortly ....

I have the boss bags as well.. They also mount to the same posts as my detachable sissy bar..&nbsp\\; You can lock the bag and also lock the bag to your bike.

New Mex
Glad I could help.&nbsp\\; I can tell you I have researched all types of bags and these are the two companies that really have quality bags that I have found.&nbsp\\; Don't think you can go wrong with either one
