How to adjust high idle when slowing down

I have a power commander on my 02 fatboy&nbsp\\; when i slow down to stop it stays at high idle then slowes&nbsp\\; down. Any sugestions&nbsp\\; thanks

Make sure you zero out your throttle position with the PCIII.
