Default possible dumb question about ECM

I know this is probably a dumb question. Is it possible for the ECM to loose it's map setting? Last week I was tweaking my custom map and finally think I nailed it. I rode it all day last Friday and was in heaven. The bike has been sitting until yesterday and while riding it seemed to be back to it's old ways. Idle was off it seamed and it was popping again on decel.
I had all decel popping eliminated last friday. It was running stong and idle was smooth. What are signs of a bad ECM?

I assume you are still running your 02s.&nbsp\\; What I bet is happening is the bike retuned itself back to 14.7 at idle.&nbsp\\; What system are you running?

sorry about that. I have a SERT and running a custom map. If that is the case, how can I prevent it from happening?

Well, if it is indeed happening at idle, you can use the SERT to omit closed-loop operation at idle. Anywhere there is an AFR of 14.6 in the table, the ECU will utilize the O2 sensor feedback. If you change it to less-than-or-equal-to 14.5 or greater-than-or-equal-to 14.7 it will shoot for your specified AFR value instead of the O2 output (average) voltage as set in your CLB table.
