Sounds delish Sweet.&nbsp\\; My husband did one last weekend and it was awesome.&nbsp\\; Turns out there is a really good Southern Barbecue dry rub recipe in the back of "The Joy of Cooking" that we tried.&nbsp\\; It was great.&nbsp\\;

No kidding.
I've been looking for a good dry rub recipe for a month now. Turns out, the answer's been sitting on the bookshelf in the kitchen.
I'll have to check that out when I get home from work!
