or send em here: http://www.skullmanonline.com/shock-shortening.html

if you wanna keep riding without down time just get a kit for around 100 bucks that relocates the shocks bottom mount further back on the swingarm: http://www.dragspecialties.com/fatbook/11/346/5931791

I've heard if I do lower it I might not be able to have a passenger...true or not?

if the chick is super fat then no you will get tunnel drag with any type of lowering suspension, either save the $ and get her on a tredmill or drop the chick and the bike! (just joking around here if she is a bigger girl dont take offence, just breaking ballls)

If you lower the rear an inch, however you do it, i.e. new shocks, cut shocks, rear lowering kit, etc.&nbsp\\; do you have to lower the front equally?&nbsp\\; Harley says so with there kits but do you really have to for an inch?

I bought my rear shocks at a swap meet. Paid $90.00 new,they are like the ones you can find on ebay. My harley dealer said there was no need to lower the front.&nbsp\\;

Spend the bucks and do it right. Buy some progressive 412's. 11" shocks. They come in black or chrome. part # 412-4037
B/C (B if black or C if chrome ). You can get them through Phat Performance 1866 739 7428. Shocks are adjustable and come with adjusting wrench... work fine with a passenger. $198.00 and your&nbsp\\;DONE!!&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;
