Yes they are. I believe they are either 77H or 74H rated for 900+ lbs. Without going to the dunlop site I cant remember the exact #. The only issue is they only offer them in Blackwall. I didnt mind at all as WWW were driving me nuts with cleaning.

The E3 have a higher load rating then the 402 I think. \\; However, for some reason they dont make a MU8516 for my street glide in the E3.
For what its worth Pirelli just came out with a new touring tire that is supposed to be above and beyond. I read about them early this week but forget what they are called.
 \\;
E3's are, from what I've read and heard, a real improvement over the stock Dunny.

I'm running the MU90-16 on my '07 SG rear and there is no fitment problem. The MU85 and MU90 are almost identlical height and width, the MU90 being a few hundreds larger in both directions.
I now have 4600 miles on this E3 rear and it shows 8/32" of tread compared to 11/32" new. \\; At this rate I expect to get at least 16k, possibly 17k, out of this tire, which is a drastic improvement over the stock D402's. I got only 10k out of each of the first two D402's. Performance is at least as good as the D402's, wet and dry, and I see no downside to these tires except that they are only available in BW. No problem for me, as that's what I need.
