I just got back from spending 2 weeks vacation in western NC / Eastern TN with the wife and thought I would share some pics from the Dragon with you. \\; It is one AWESOME road.
Woohooo! \\; You two look like a class act riding a Sportster the way it was meant to be ridden. \\; Sure looks like you "guys" were havin' fun! \\;
 \\;
Nice pics, cHarley - did you take your own personal photographer with you? - LOL!!
Definitely the best roads in the Eastern USA. \\; I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. \\; You could ride on well-maintained twisty roads in that area for a week straight and never be on the same road twice.
Cool pics...but didn't you know a Sportster is too small to ride 2-up[8D]
 \\;
 \\;
Yeah, cHarley, bet you forgot that...
 \\;
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha - what a hoot! \\; In 1965 a 74" (1200cc's) Harley was the biggest one they sold!
Man that looks fun, I could ride that all day long, this is what all the highways here look like.

EDIT Im still having problems with pics, should open if you click the red X
Thanks guys. Yea, this was my 4th trip to the Dragon, and the first running it 2up. I logged 1200 miles in the area during the 2 weeks I was there which is considerable since the average speed on the twisties isn't 30 mph. I even managed, ( see sig pic. ) to pass a couple of ricers while running 2up.
Nice pictures cHarley. You really have a pretty bike, BUT not as pretty as your wife. You two make a beautiful couple and it looks like all three of you (bike included) were have a wonderful time.
Great pics. I hope to do it some day myself. During the time you were there how many runs up/down the road did you make! I noticed the setup and wardrobe changes from some pics!
