Default Help with diagnostic codes

Ok so I was able to get the codes off of my bike but now need help figuring them out.

OK under the first setting:

P: Carb code P0373= CKP sensor intermittent carb. CKP being crank position sensor.
Does that mean I need a new crank position sensor?

S: turn signal was clean of codes

SP: speedo code U1016 the only one I think pertains to me is loss of vehicle speed
I have been told that I am running about 10mph slower than my speedo says.
How do I fix that?!?!

T: tach code U1016 the same as speedo: loss of vehicle speed.
How do I fix that?!?!?

All of this started after I had the bike tuned with the TC88A. Could this be the problem? Can I take it to the dealership without them voiding my warranty for the ignition?

Thanks in advance for any help.
Eric

Do you use a pressure washer to clean your bike? Check your connector, you may have gotten water in it.

No, no pressure washer. What connector are you talking about, the connectors for the speedo and tach?
