Dyno chart: 883R + V&H + Kitech
For anyone who may be interested, here is the dyno chart for my bike:

There are two runs shown on the chart: The blue line shows a run where the air/fuel ratio was being monitored for the rear cylinder\\; The red line shows a run where the air/fuel ratio was being monitored for the front cylinder.

I think the maxima for torque and power look fairly typical for an 883. The chart does show a clear difference in air/fuel ratio between the front and rear cylinders, with the front generally richer across most of the rpm range.
