Default Clutch adjustment help

Hey I own a 2006 1200 custom and need to adjust the clutch.&nbsp\\; I have the servise&nbsp\\; manual but I also know&nbsp\\; that there may be other ways that are better&nbsp\\;to do it too.&nbsp\\; want to learn to do it my self. so any help would be welcome.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; ride safe.

hey thank yoy for the link&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; now can you just adjust the free play or do you have to take the derby plate too and adjust the clutch&nbsp\\; to me just the way it is grabing does not seem right

You'll have to remove the derby cover to truly and fully adjust the clutch.&nbsp\\; The inline adjuster should only be used to adjust free play.
