Default Are there any better looking backrests for the RK?

I have a standard detachable backrest, and while the wife finds it very comfortable, I think the touring / RK backrests are not very attractive....way too wide and the thin round metal supports look cheap.&nbsp\\; I like the thinner backrests that you can get on Softails, or (dare I say) some of the metric cruisers.&nbsp\\; I know I could take the backrest off, and I like that look as well, but I also would like to have my luggage rack available, and it is hooked to the (ugly) backrest.
