Default Saggy bags rock!

Just wanted to say to anyone considering the saggybag kit for their heritage. It is really a great kit. I installed the full kit in my bags yesterday and let the adhesive setup all night. I installed the bags today and cleaned them with some leather wipes and man do they look great. My wife even noticed. She thought it looked much better.

I consider them a boob job for heritage bags

I'll try to get some before and after pics.

Love to see the before/after pics.&nbsp\\; I also got the kit for my '06 Heritage and it certainly made an improvement.&nbsp\\; But not as great as some of the pics I've seen after the kit was installed.&nbsp\\; I'm thinking my saddlebags were really too far gone !??&nbsp\\; I recently got this bike and the previous owner definitely did not take care of them.

I just installed this kit on my '08 as a preventative thing. They even made my "new" bags look great. It smooths out the leather and makes them almost hard bags. I love it!

I installed them on my heritage after about 5 months.I didnt want them to start sagging before they got to old.so installed the kit.I like it too.Btw I use mink oil on my leather bags.I think that is better than using leather wipes unles you are using the wipes for a quick detail.

The instructions for the front and rear portions state to work the pieces under the leather bag seam. I found that you can slide them in by starting at the top of the bag and pushing them in. Just make sure it's behind the outboard leather seam before you start inserting it. It's much easier that way. Also, the wrap around insert will need to be trimmed to fit. I had to cut about two inchs off.

Seems like the MOCO would use them from the factory.
