I am not aware of any free d/l of manuals. Even though it's an 08, I would still have a look on ebay.

A friend of mine said he downloaded a manual for his Honda from the Honda website and it was free.&nbsp\\; I was just inquiring if HD had such a thing, I quess not.

What does a service manual have, that the owners manual doesn't? Have you asked the dealer about it? When I bought my new bike, I got an owners manual only.

Owners manual tells you what you need to know to operate the bike controls and gives you various specs and capacities.&nbsp\\; A service manual tell you how to service the bike, including a full tear down of the engine.
