Default Steering head ajustment (07 Heritage)

I have a 07 Heritage at about 60 MPH I get a wobble when I let up on the throttle. The dealer thinks that the steering head needs to be adjusted. How hard is this to do? And what are pinch bolts?

Thank you &nbsp\\;\\\\\\;

Doesn't appear to be that hard if you have a service manual and tools.&nbsp\\; May find some instruction on at least checking the fall away in the tech section.

I paid my dealer to do it for 31.50. it is a safety thing with me and i dont have the tools so it was worth it
