Default The Shifting Clunk??

Not sure if its the Bike or Im just paying more attention to it. It seems during down shifting/shifting up, clutch in.... getting the clunk..... it seems more noticable now than a few months ago...mostly when in slow traffic.&nbsp\\;maybe the clutch needs to be tighter. Fluids are checked and good happy levels.
&nbsp\\;
I had this with my dyna as well.
&nbsp\\;
&nbsp\\;
Feedback, Thanks........

Gotta love the clunk.&nbsp\\; If there's a real problem, the dealer should recognize it.

Nature of the beast.&nbsp\\; For less clunk you'll have to get the SE or Baker 6 speed.

The clunk is normal for the late model HD transmissions. Just ride it!

You could drain the tranny and replace the fluid with Mobil 1 75w140 synthetic gear oil. Report back after you ride it and let us know how much smoother it is. It works.

I'm running Mobile 1 75/90W and it still clunks, but it does do it smoother than the stock stuff.
Maybe next time I'll try the 75/140W instead.
