Its PLASTIC!

I just became the owner of an "insert" for my air cleaner. I wanted to install it so that I could add a little more personal touch. Well, it cost $38. Not a lot of money in the scheme of things, for sure. But, I didn't expect the part to be PLASTIC!

Damn...I need a drink!

Isnt plastic a tree huggers worst nightmare?

I dont like alot of plastic crap myself but if its good sturdy plastic it can be ok.

If it has chrome coating I hope it doesn't peel like most plastic parts that I have encoutered.....

Well, yeah....O.K. I'm over it now. Plastic it is. Still looks good, though.

What helped was looking over a friend's Honda Aero yesterday. I had always heard about Honda's high tech. Well, this thing was about the quality of the average lawn mower! On the other hand, my Deuce is a work of art. A QUALITY work of art!
