Default old shovel

Like I said in your other post, I think it looks great. I like the color. I wondered how hard it is to get a kick started bike running? Does it take a little practice? I've heard they can come back around and nearly bust your shin as well...true?

It will only kick back if the weight assy sticks in the advanced position. The electronic ignition makes a big difference in how it starts(Dyna S unit). As for being in good shape I refurbed it when I bought it in '84 I paid $1900. 00 with a noise in the bottom end, and then did the engine and tins over 2 years ago

Sweet! I rode a '72 for many years. Kick only till I finally got tired of bustin up my leg and installed electrics... I also got tired of points and went with a crane hi-4. Best 2 things I did to that scoot. I miss it. Should have NEVER sold it. [:@]
