what kind of spark plugs!

I have a TP 107ci single fire, dual coil, Mikuni carb, runs rich, plugs fouling, I may have to rejet, as I changed my exhaust. Gatlins twisted, have very short baffle, torque cones. What is the best plug, heat range and gap to put in it!
