Bought the Bagger upper fairing locks for my glide. One of the locks broke, so I contacted them. Since I tried to fix it on my own, they did not want to honor their warranty. Their email response was less than friendly stating that since I chose to try and fix it on my own, I'm SOL! I've dealt with many companies online and this is the first with such lousy customer service. Since their products are high, I would at least think they would try to remedy a complaint in a more positive manner. My .02...
