Default M6 Installation with pictures

If you've ever wondered how hard it would be to install the Hayden M6 in your engine, here are the pictures I took this afternoon while I installed mine. Hardest job is pulling the driver's footrest. Although I ride a Road King ('05), installation shouldn't vary much from one bike to another. Since I've only been a HD rider for 2 months and had no trouble, everyone should find the install fun to do (as I did). Click--->HERE for the pictures - they may take a while to download if you have dial-up service.

I am considering this on my first my first chain oil drain. It will be soon as i have 4100 miles on bike and it finally warm.

I like the idea of this versus the harley type that needs constant adjustment.

Can you tell a difference in ride. If you throttle it hard do you feel any slop in chain.

Ted,

I would like to make a DIY thread out of this. This is really good stuff. I will help, I will make a link to all the pictures, and then insert your comments where you have them. Would you be willing to go in and add a little bit here and there as needed to complete the picture. (What you have is really good and you may not have to do anything). I just want to get it in the archives here...

Thanks in advance,

Mac
