Default Stage1 & Remap

Well I went to the dealer today and got the remap with the stage1 air kit,WOW!! Man it make's a truck load of differnce on how the bike pull's and rev's,that thing will scoot. Iy feel's like the motor isn't in labor anymore. I don't mean to go on & on about this but everyone should have rode their bike's without it then got it later, you could have seen how much diff it made.[sm=smiley1.gif]

It does make a difference, you dont even have to nail the gas to tell the difference. Normal everyday driving you can tell it has more torque. I can only amagine what a good cam, and a big bore kit would do. I will wait on those till my engine finally dies after years of driving.

You know breaknbad I thought the same thing but feeling that extra power now I don't no how much longer I can wait, all I can say is I had a ball riding after the upgrade. I guess I'll have to save a few coin's before the major engine mod's will take affect,no what I mean.[sm=smiley2.gif]

Congrats...I had that done to my bike as well, and I'm very pleased with how well the bike pulls.

I do think I'm going to dyno the bike at 500 miles...I'll post the pulls and we'll all be able to see the improvement (or lack thereof...)

Awesome man! Congrats!!

I'll be getting the Stage 1 kit put on by the dealer at the time I take delivery, so I won't really have a direct comparison like that. However I have rented a Wide Glide 2 years in a row, and I go to the ride days as often as I can and try to ride as many different models as I can. So I do have an idea what a stock setup feels like.

Cheers!

I'm all jealous. I won't be getting this mod to the Sporty because I'm trying to save up for the RK. So, it's good and bad.

Stage 1 will wake the bike up for sure. I went with the SE setup and thunderslide kit. No problems and much better performance. Worth saving up for.
