First I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
We have finally received the results of everything: the surgery to remove the malignant tumor in her brain was a complete success - all gone with absolutely no bad side effects. Turns out the breast cancer is a stage 1...alot better news than we had hoped. I firmly believe that it is because of all the prayers for her that things have turned out so much better than they could have gone. Thank you Thank you.

That is good news, Annie. Thank goodness. I hope all goes well. As one mother to another, I can only empathize with you and what you're going through. Don't forget we are here for you. Prayers to you and your daughter. Keep thinking positive!
Thanks for asking and sorry for taking so long to get back...how is she doing - well, health wise, much better. Everything else, though, seems to be not. And a mom can't fix everything....even though moms would love to. Seems as if the stress and strain of added financial burdens, coupled with the two incomes going to one, and things being sort of rocky prior - daughter might be riding on the highway of life as a single parent. And she is scared shi%$*ss. Don't blame her. Not an easy thing to do in these days with the recent storm clouds of her illness still hanging around and on the horizon.
But, she is a toughie, like her mom...and of course, I will be there as will her brother, no matter what. That's what family is for.
Glad to hear from you Annie. I'm sorry to hear things are a bit bleak. In all sincerity, I hope it all works out for you and your family. Things happen for a reason. It might not seem like it's fair right now, but it will all work out. The power of prayer is a mighty awesome thing.
