I'm running V&H true duals with thunderheader muffs,SE air cleaner and PC III
This is also a test run so bear with me.Vid is grainy and the sound is mediocre but i think its apretty cool idea to post this, let me know what you guys think.
Photobucket is the shiznit, makes pics and vid posting easy.just load them to photobucket then right click on the file you want.hit copy and in your hdf message, for the vids hit the link button, then next to url right click and hit paste and for pics just hit the image tab and copy/paste the url between the boxes [image](paste here)[/image]and thats it!
I did a walk around so you can hear them at idle from all sides,i'll post a ride'n a-way one soon!

I did this with the record function on my digital camera!!!So lets get some contributions up on this thread!

I can't get enough of looking at your awesome bike there GMONEY!! Sounds great too! Thanks for the video. Wish more people would post their different exaust systems as well so people in the market will have a little better idea of what they want. Sure I can go to the HD shop on a Sat. afternoon, but there are still a lot of pipes and set ups to be heard that a lot of folks don't have or at least in my area they don't. Thanks again.

So, sissy boy, think you're cool?

j/k, sounds good man. I didn't know Kerker made HD exhaust systems. Those are pretty popular on some other bikes.

You have to cut the extra stuff before and after the actual link and paste it into your browser. (Remove the [image] and [/image])

His video is the second item that will show up on the page that loads.

Here is a vid of my Bassani Pro Streets.

SEE THE VIDEO HERE  <---UPDATED

GMoney, you should edit your first post to this thread and put all of the links in one post at the top.

For instance,

GMoney's V&H true duals with thunderheader mufflers - CLICK HERE TO VIEW

MUrig's Python Staggered Duals - CLICK HERE TO VIEW

etc...

Just a thought. If you want I can compile a post and see if we can get an admin to sticky it. I wouldn't mind doing the maint on it for you.

Hope this link works. I took this clip with my digital camera, so it doesn't really do the bike justice. Let me know what you think.

I just recorded my exhaust before and after I installed lollipops. The one thing I noticed when I played the recording on my TV, was the exhaust didn't sound as loud as it does live. I watched/ listened to the tape a few times and thought it sounded a lot quieter, so I went out and started the bike. It sounds a lot louder than the recording.
I was wondering if the owners that have posted their recordings think it sounds the same on the recording?

Sounds real good. Are you using baffles or are they straight through drag pipes? Does your exhaust sound louder live, than on tape?

Thanks for the compliment.
Have you read the post by "pococj" in the top section of the exhaust forum. It is called Drag Pipe How-To.
Do you have flat spots or loss of power at lower RPMs from running no baffles? My Fat Boy SE was race tuned by the previous owner . There is no loss of power or flat spots from my lack of back pressure, from no baffles, that I can feel seat of pants wise.
My exhaust is very loud so I am trying to experiment using the Drag Pipe How-To post to see if I can knock a few decimals off the exhaust volume. I know that is not the intent of the post but, I figure by adding anything to alter/restrict the exhaust flow should quiet it just a bit. It will still be louder than the average HD with after market exhaust, but now it is way too loud
I fabbed and installed the lollipops yesterday. It is raining today so I can't take it for a test drive. I also ordered (2) copper 1- 1/2" to 1" pipe reducers from a plumber supply place yesterday. My biggest concern is my bike runs so good now that by adding these additional items it may hurt the performance. The fortunate thing is it doesn't cost hardly anything for these exhaust mods and if they don't work I can throw them away.
Tom

This is a good idea since exhaust purchase is probably number 1 for us but the sound quality from the websites are not so good. Here is my 07 FLHT with the new SE slip ons and stock headers.

I have sold this setup and will be putting on Fullsac duals and VH basic slip ons. I will post a new vid when I get this completed.
