And they've earned every bit of it. If the offense continues playing as well as the defense, watch out NFL.

My wife is a Bears fan but being that I am a Raiders fan she has had some sympathy and has kept pretty quiet....

NOT!!!

If she doesn't shut up about it soon, I'm going to have to move out.

And I thought that my life couldn't get any better when the Sox won the Series last year. If our beloved Bears "Monsters of the Midway" get into the Super Bowl this year Chicago will go bonkers.

I was also glad to see that there was no ketchup on that hot dog- no self-respecting Chicagoan would enter an establishment in which anyone had ever even considered putting ketchup on a hot dog.

I remember a few weeks ago someone posted a prediction thread for the Super Bowl and I said da Bearsh by 50. I was admired for my willingness to stand next to my team, and everyone thought I was crazy for predicting the Bears to win. But look at them now. I smell a little bit of the Bears of the late '80's. Da Bearsh!!

The Chicago hot dog is perfect.

A boiled or steamed Vienna all -beef hot dog, not grilled, in a lightly steamed Rosen's poppy-seed bun with:
Diced onion
Tomato wedges
Pickle relish
Yellow mustard
A few sport peppers
A dill pickle spear
A shake of celery salt

Washed down by several bottles of beer - Old Style, Miller, Bud, Pabst (none of them yuppie beers)

And being a true White Sox fan, it is also wonderful when the 'minor league' team from the North side finished the season in LAST PLACE!!!!
