Got my bike in to day having Chrome Fork sliders, Chrome spacers, Chrome Floating Rotor and Progressive Fork springs and SE heavy duty fork oil.
Pick her up in the morning. Will take some pics this weekend.

The mirrors I bought are Zodiac Retro but the Chrome has alrady started to pit. The shop are going to send back see if can have replaced. Hope so as they look better than standard ones.  Time will tell.

Heres another one with upswepts and twisted sissy bar.

I think this is the way i want to go, but im not sure if i want springer front or just rake out the stock one.  But i love these pipes.

Good Work AK47

Something doesn't look right with the front end.
I think the standard rake looks better with the springer where inverted or standard telescopic forks would look good with a bit of rake. IMO.

I still like a spoke look on the front. Mags that have a spoke look/pattern. The HD  10 spoke or even the PM Hooligan.

What type of exhaust pipes do you have on your softail custom? They look like S&S slipons. How well do you like them? I put the screamin eagle back slash slip ons on mine. They are not very loud, I have been dissappointed. I like the look of the pipes you have on yours.

Cobalt, if you dont like the Slip-ons and end up replacing them send me an email.

If they are clean I have been thinking about buying a set myself and I really like the street legal and quite part.  Maybe we could work out a deal.

That chrome front end looks fantastic. My pacific blue/black softail custom arrives mid june and I have also ordered the chrome front end for it, so its nice to see a couple of quality photos with it on.

Have also picked up a renegade south beach front wheel from Rollies ready for the bike when it arrives. One of those Renegade wheels sure would look nice on your bike !!!!!!

Hey Hoot Thanks glad U like the look of it.

How much did the wheel cost. Did U have to buy anything else to fit?

Please let me know when fitted and how it went.
Make sure U post some pics of ya new ride when she arrives.

I like the newport or monterey as I prefer straight lines to the curves but the Southbeach is a sweet looking wheel.

I would like to change the rear wheel as well. Just to give it a wider appearence on the rim.

The south beach wheel cost $1640. That included the hub and new Dunlop tire fitted to the wheel. Exchange rate is pretty good at moment.
I just checked the Newport wheel and that would look nice on your bike. The chrome on the renegades are excellent
I ordered the Harley chrome rear wheel as well. Don't like the cut outs in the rear wheel that comes with the bike and its so much easier to keep polished.
No worries will post pics when I get a hold of the bike.

Sounds like a good price.
Waiting to see ya ride with the wheel.
Keep safe.

AK47,
Nice job on the pics personally I'm not a fan of the upswept pipes but the overall concept is nice. The springer is a really nice touch. But I'm with BlackDragon on the rake things. Besides raking out a springer may look great but it can do odd things to the trail and loading of the legs. Go a degree too far and and you can easily make it handle very badly. Better to stick to good old fork tubes. Its easier to keep the geometery within safe limits.

BlackDragon,
You have done some really nice work on your bike. One question, why did you run the throttle and idle cables through the tripple trees the way you did? Where the lines a bit too long or something?

Yep the Cables were a bit long. When I bought them I bought the same length as the origonal as I thought if I don't like the T-Bars and can go back to mini apes. I misjudged how high the bars ended up.
I was going to run them down the centre hole in the top tree with the clutch cable. But after I installed them into the Switch Housing to test fit length I could not get one back out again and decided to leave as it was rather than damage a new cable. May try and change it latter on but am happy with the bike for now.

hogdiver,

I posted last month looking for pictures. Thanks, spoiler look sweet!

Also, your question on the chrome lower sliders: they replace the the originals. I picked-up
a pair off e-bay for ~$120, fairly easy mod as long as you have a cycle jack.  -stef

Thanks hogdiver
The Forks are a Genuine item for the FXSTC.
Comes with a set of seals, Chrome Lowers and Chrome Nut set for bottom right clamp.
I also had a set of Progressive springs put in and SE Heavy duty fork oil.
Was going to install myself but could not find the time so put in to the local shop to do.
Also put chrome spacers and a Floating rotor as well.
