Default switchblade

any info or help on this would be appreciated.

also does anyone know how to tell from the vin # what production number i have out of the 1435 that were produced that year

I rigged a Sportster shield with Memphis Shades brackets for mine. Didn't care for it though. I notice that H-D is making a shield for the new Night Rod, which has the same headlight fairing. Might take a look at it. Maybe the Night Rod shield and Dyna hardware. The Night Rod hardware might even work.

There are a couple of options , the P&A shows this one for the Night Rod , or you can just trim one like the one in the pic , which I think looks better

Hey fxdwgcvo,

Take a look at www.windvest.com. They make some pretty nice sheilds and have custom mounting brackets that are quick detach from your bars.

Just an idea!!! Good Luck!!!!!
