Be on the Lookout for a Stolen 1942 Harley-Davidson

Police are on searching for this classic Harley stolen in California.

Update: The grinch that stole the Harley has been apprehended, according to the latest update from the Fresno Bee.

Have you seen this vintage Harley-Davidson? Police in Tulare County, California have reached out to the media as well as Facebook to help locate the classic bike and return it to its rightful owner.

According to the Visalia Times Delta, the 1942 motorcycle was stolen by brazen (and clearly heartless) thieves on Christmas Eve.

The owner reported the theft of his awesome bike to law enforcement. He told police that some person (or persons) just “walked onto the property and took a 1942 Harley Davidson motorcycle, as well as other items.”

The license plate number is 4P9283, and the VIN is DEF74742.

If you have any information, contact Detective Rick Morley at (800) 808-0488. Let’s help bring this vintage Harley home!
