DRAG RACE Harley-Davidson vs. Buell in Japan

HD Video 1

While Harley-Davidson and Buell aren’t exactly competing companies (Harley-Davidson had owned Buell since 2003), a race between the two is still an interesting thing to see. Strangely enough, this video is set in Japan, so we can only assume that this American-made motorcycle face-off was fairly exciting to them. Or, who know, maybe they hated it just as much as some people hate the Japanese sports bikes and cars over in the States!

Regardless of what the spectators thought of the race, we have to say that we loved it. While the hog clearly took the trophy in the first race, leaving the Buell bike thoroughly in the dust, the second race really isn’t so clear. In fact, it isn’t clear at all. We really can’t tell who wins the second bout between the two, not that it matters very much. Regardless of the outcome, the race was clearly a win for Harley-Davidson motorcycles everywhere, even if the subsidiary Buell took the trophy the second time around!
