This pair of official Harley-Davidson threads (plus one not-so-officially-licensed product) are definitely worth a closer look.

Don’t think we that we don’t appreciate you lady riders out there. And as a token of our appreciation, we present to you this Harley gear designed specifically for female riders: a brand-spankin’-new helmet and jacket design. Because we all know how important it is to stay protected and look good while you’re out riding.

The latest H-D ladies helmet is dubbed the Delton Sun Shield J04 5/8, and it’s a simple yet attractive piece. The matte black fiberglass 5/8 shell design provides more protection than a regular 1/2 helmet, yet is still lightweight. A two-stage pull-down shield allows you to easily block the sun’s glaring rays. And it even has built-in speaker pockets for cranking up the tunes.

Next up is the Women’s Miss Enthusiast H-D Triple Vent System Leather Jacket, and it’s much more than a mouthful. Strategically positioned side vents prevent backrests, windshields, and fairings from blocking air flow. Midweight cowhide leather and body armor keeps you protected, while quilted stitching and embroidery keeps you looking good. Plus, the snap waist and hip release zippers provide quite a few levels of customization, too.

And sure, these officially licensed Harley items are awesome. But check out this equally awesome unofficial* Harley/Iron Maiden shirt (*we don’t condone borderline-bootleggin’ but this is too cool to ignore). Anything that combines the pioneers of metal with the legendary motorcycle maker is worth mentioning, after all.
